Anyone else find these hideous? Can anything be done to get the owner to clean up the property? It is a eyesore.

Each building is owned seperatly. Some owners own a few of them but they are ran independently for the most part. I don't belive the current owners are interested in historic preservation. I have always loved the design. If I had the money, I would buy them one at a time, fix them, and convert them into duplexes. Call the county if you see any code violations. That's the best I can think of until some investor develops an interest.
